Refuse to use phone number.

I'm considering a renewal, but I had some questions before I made the purchase. I want an email address, I will not call. Its stupid customer manipulation. give me an email to contact you and honestly, put one on your website. An email support person can help far more people than phone support and it protects customer and company by leaving an email trail.
