Hello,

I didn't find an answer to this elsewhere and I didn't find any way to contact any actual person through customer support, so I wanted to ask here;
How long does it usually take to hear back from a refund request?

7-10 business days. Provided you only make your request once.
Each new request starts the cycle over again.
