Remove website from avast blacklist

Can you remove a website hxtps://cheatengine6-2.ru/ from avast blacklist? It does not have a malware anymore. (It had it in 2014)

A month ago i wrote a message to mcafee and asked them to remove this website from blacklist.
And they removed it.
It is a very strange that it is blacklisted again because nothing have changed on this website since august.
