problems with activating license key

I didn't had any problems with activating my free antivirus until now (normally it automatically re-activates) it seems stopped activating the license key after it had expired since september last month and I did try the following steps they were given... but nope not working every time I turn on my pc , it pops up that the license has been expired please activate 
seriously getting on my nerves  help please

If your license expired in September, of course it will no longer work.
