Missing function

Why isn't there any means in general settings of cleaning the search bar or contents of previous searches as they appear when you start typing a new search in the Avast Security browser...?   and why, if Avast bought Piriform, does CCleaner not recognize the Avast Security Browser and clean it?

Hi,

You should be able to clear the history and autocompletion in the address bar.
Please open Avast Secure Browser > click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner > More Tools> Clear browsing data
alternatively, press Ctrl+Shift+Del. You should now have the option to clear history.

Concerning CCleaner.
Although the business entity ownership changed, Piriform is an independent company and prioritises the browsers that it cleans based on the needs of its user base.
They do have a suggestions box area for those who would like to campaign for new features.
