Android Permissions Error

It wants me to give 1 more permission but it takes me to Accessibility and says "Find 'Avast Cleanup' and tap on it" but there is no Avast Cleanup on this page.  I tried going into Apps and I gave the app all the 4 available permissions but it still thinks there is 1 missing permission.

Help!!
