You are limited in what you can do in your Profile settings as a newbie (under 20 posts) and this may be one of them.
If I remember rightly when you first set up your avast forum profile (and it has been a very long time since I have done that) you can enter an image for your Personalized Picture along with a number of other settings. But having first saved your Forum Profile settings, you are restricted until after newbie status is upgraded.
Though your mention of the URL in the subject has me somewhat confused ?
Not to mention you have already chosen a Personalized Picture which is displayed next to your post.
