Did I get hacked or scam email?

Hi guys, I just saw I had a e-mail from some outlook address in my junk folder which i check daily.
This email had one of my passwords that I believe i have used here among other places on the web.
They said they put a keylogger into remote desktop software they had in their website that when I visited so said website They got access to my computer screen, My webcam, Messenger and Facebook.. They want me to pay them alot of money or in bitcoin to erase a video they said they have of me or they'll send it to everybody in my messenger or facebook and email contacts.

Does this sound like it is real being the fact they had my password or is this a total scam?

So there is 0 chance there is a webcam recording of me out there from this e-mail? I did the hackcheck from avast and it had listed the password like 8 times the e-mail had listed.
