Problem with listed programmes
« on: April 15, 2020, 05:29:54 PM »
Hello everyone!

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post. In Avast clean up, not all programmes are shown in order to uninstall the unnecessary ones. For example, I was not able to find malware bytes, so I had remove it through control panel. However, when I turned my PC on today, a malware bytes element tried to access Mozilla Firefox!

Same story with Breve browser, which does not appear on the programme list.

Any suggestions?

Browser extensions aren't usually part of the program and need to removed via your browser.

Thank you for your answer, Bob.

There isn't any malware bytes browser extension on any of my browsers. Maybe I haven't made myself clear (English in not my mother tongue). I was wondering why don't all installed programmes appear on Avast's programme list. The malware bytes incident was just an example.
