Hey avast team, I can't send a ticket or message to your support because you are asking for an order id that i didnt get.
I put my paypal information to get the 60 day trial to the avast clean up premium and I decided its not worth my money and I want to cancel the subscribtion so it doesnt ask me to pay after i finish the trial.
To do this I need to put in my order ID and email, but when I put in my paypal information I havent gotten requested my email address, only payment info, and as I checked, I dont have any email with a verification to the trial or with any order ID. Please cancel my subscription or send me my order ID to my email again.
If you need information from me, please send me a message I will reply as soon as possible with any verification you need from me. email, license number etc...
