Can I get a refund from a purchase made more than 30 days ago?

Yesterday I found out that my free trial auto renewed about 6 months ago. I haven't activated the software after the renew because I didn't know I bought it. The order number is 73428364500. I would hope to get a refund. Thank you!

Probably not after 6 months, but you could either use it or give it away to family/friends.
