Avast Charged me Twice, Dri*Avast. I have no subscriptions?

Hello! I've never subscribed to anything avast. However a few days ago I was charged 60 dollars, and then another 70 dollars for avast? I don't think this is correct at all!
I'm making this post on this email but I don't even think this email's associated with my avast software at all. I have no idea why I was charged, can someone please help?

Use the following to get help, https://support.avast.com/article/24/ (orders and refunds)
if you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
