I have no subscription and am being charged anyway

I absolutely cannot believe this is happening. I haven't used Avast in years. Literal years. Today I noticed that they charged me for a subscription I canceled forever ago and I can't use any of their customer service functions because they require a Product code or key or whatever. I dont have one because I dont have the Product!!! AVAST is stealing from me!!!! This is illegal! Why the heck do they even still have my card information!!! Avast customer service, if you're reading this, refund me... NOW!! I canceled my subscription years ago. You've probably been charging me for this entire time. This is so unethical, its monstrous, you've overdrafted my account for a service I DO NOT use. Give me my money back, cancel any subscription you think I have, and lose my information!!!!!!

Please, somebody help me!

Just enter/use 00000000 and explain it in your request.
