Hi, my mom has subscribed to avast anti-virus ( Dry version or something ) last year and she has been charged 80$ on the 2 december and she does not want that anymore. I have been trying to figure out what her account was since she's not used to internet and computer stuff and her email is not registred. So now, it's kind of complicated to even know hoiw she registred to that.
