About quick scan problem

I use the quick scan and let it in the system tray(appear the blue icon)

it seems  to finish but the blue icon doesn't disappear

and I use the mouse and let the cursor at the blue icon

it disappears...

How can I solve this problem?

You are right - when the quick scanner is minimized and it exits (before being restored), the blue icon seems to (incorrectly) stay in the tray area. Looks like a small bug in the icon handling... I'll check it.

also i have noticed that the quick scan almost never picks up viruses most of the time.

If the quick scan doesn't pick up viruses, maybe it's because they're not there? ;D
The quick scanner uses the highest scan sensitivity possible, i.e. if the quick scanner doesn't find any viruses, the other parts of avast! won't find anything either.
