Software misreported as a virus
« on: December 15, 2020, 04:19:07 PM »
Recently, I received feedback from many users that when he used my company's software, Avast and AVG incorrectly reported this software as a virus-carrying software. Just because this software has recently undergone a major version update, then the problem in the following picture appears.

Last week, I have been actively contacting Avast employees to resolve this issue and sent the software to them for retesting. They did not detect the software with a virus, so I hope they can add this software to the whitelist again.

Because my product has already applied for the whitelist of Avast in March of this year and has passed it, I don't know why this problem occurred.

But in the past two days, I sent them emails, but they did not reply to me.

Someone tell me, what should I do?
