I can't upgrade my account under any options

Hi Avast team,
My Premium account ends in 4 days and I want to buy the Ultimate package.
I don´t have this option on the program under my account, just to renew the Premium.
On the site, I can't access the store while logged in.
If I access the store and select the Ultimate package, the site that opens up looks like a phishing website with everything badly programmed and there is no option to log in before putting credit card info.

What happens? I'm not allowed to upgrade my account to another product?

You could try this - Sales change order details wrong email address given, etc. - Submit a support ticket https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales in your case select the Billing, payment, or license issues option - and then the I have a different billing or license issue and click Next and follow.
