Charged for something

Hello
I recently got charged 449 SEK (or 44,31 EUR) by DRI*AVAST Softwa. I am not subscribed to anything and I don't even have an account. After reading a little bit I found that some other people have faced the same issue when using a trial version. I really need to get a refund on this. So how should I proceed?
