I no longer have Adblock in Secure Browser.
Tried re-downloading but it's still not there.

Wish I still had it. Also the browser seems a little slower without it.
Here's the version I have

Hi, could you please check in Security & Privacy Center if Adblock toggle is switched to green, not grey? (just open secure://security-privacy-center/ in new tab)

 >:( I'm having the exact same problem. In addition to that, I just uninstalled and re-installed the Avast Browser, and now I'm no longer able to clear away the massive amount of cache it leaves behind using CCleaner, like I was able to before. When I open up the private browser, the Adblock lever is switched off. I switch it on, but it doesn't do anything. It doesn't work on whatever website I visit next. If there's no solution to either of these issues, I'm just going to uninstall it for good. I don't like perpetually having 37 files in my cache that I can't get rid of without "Administrator Permission" (whatever that is). Incidentally, my computer is a Lenovo all-in-one.

You're Image shows Private Browsing (In Cognito)
This is what you need to look at (Privacy and Security Center)

Maybe it's time for a clean install of the Secure Browser
Download the installer from here, https://www.avast.com/en-us/secure-browser
Download the Secure Browser Removal tool from here, https://download.avastbrowser.com/avast_secure_browser_uninstall.exe
Save your Bookmarks via the Book Marks Manager if you have custom bookmarks so you can import them when you re-install.
Uninstall Secure Browser via Programs and Features - Reboot
Run the removal tool, reboot, run the installer import your favorites if you saved them.
A video to help with the installation: https://youtu.be/r_VLA0HMLQM
Report back if that's solved the problem or not.
Avast has offered a separate tool to totally remove the Secure Browser if the above instructions don't work.
You can find that tool here, https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=230288.msg1531315#msg1531315

:-\ I uploaded two images. There's now something called "Hack Check" where there should be something called "Adblock." I'll try removing it again, this time with that removal tool you've linked to, but this is really trying my patience. In case you missed it the first time:

Hack check is also shown on mine but it takes up another line so I didn't show it.
