Hi,I have the same issue.Asked under VPN general and de-installed and did a new install, as bob3160 suggested, but it did not resolve the issue.This is a great frustration, as this is a paid for product.
Avast SecureLine VPN reinstalled at least 4 times, every time I connect via VPN I loose my web connection. Concentrating on the cause took a long time, what I found that the software currupts theWinsock for browsing the web. Finally I ran the Command Prompt as administrator: 'netsh winsock reset' After reboot all was back to normal browing. I have now uninstalled this product until Avast sorts the problem out.
