New Malware Infection?

I do something wrong. I left my pendrive in USB port.
Several minutes I opened my laptop again (hp) and I saw IT.
All my files in USB is encrypted. Looks that:

What I should do?
Is a sys bug or ransomware?
How can I recovery it? (it was important)

Ps. Yes I am polish.
