Avast is disabling all Windows scheduled tasks except for the Avast's tasks

We've had this happen on numerous customer machines running Win10 and the latest free and premium versions of Avast 20.10.2442 (build 20.10.5824.629).  On each machine, "Silent Mode" is checked in the system tray menu and you can't uncheck it.  On two of the systems, we modified the Avast install and removed the Do Not Disturb mode option and that has appeared to help but we're continuing to monitor those systems.

I haven't been able to duplicate this on any of my own systems so I'm not 100% what's causing it but the fact that ALL of the Windows scheduled tasks are disabled EXCEPT for the tasks associated with Avast, it appears to be something running within Avast that is causing this.

I updated to the latest version 21.1 and this is still occurring!  Please help as we have over 2 dozen systems affected by this now.

It sounds like you're using the Business product?
