My card was charged with no free trial

I was supposed to have a 30 day trial before I was charged. Instead my card was charged twice. How do I get these charges removed from my card. I already cancelled the subscription. The cancelation date was listed as 5 days ago. It was definitely cancelled but the charge still remains on my card.

It can take 7 to 10 business days before you see it as cleared funds back in your card.
