"Suspicious Message" warning?
« on: November 25, 2006, 07:53:35 PM »
Hello.

I've been receiving emails lately where the "From" field, the "Subject" field, and everything else is BLANK.  I would like Avast to show the "Suspicious Message" warning when I recieve these emails.  How do I go about doing that?  I use Microsoft Outlook 2000.

Thanks,
4t9rs

Mark 'Check subject' option in the Heuristics - Advanced tab of settings  8)

Thanks so much, Tech, for the solution.  I'm glad it was so easy.

Hi Tech, I read this thread, and when I checked where you told this user to look, all of mine is grayed out. I have my security set on high. Is something wrong with my email thingy?

Thanks,
Wendy

No... it's the high level.
Put on custom and the greyed out will disappear  ;)
