Windows in normal mode is unusable, initiated a boot scan and it detected a couple of malwares in the System32 folder, I am trying to figure out if it is safe to move them to the chest, help will be greatly appreciated, tired after whole day trying to fix this...

Attaching one of the detected files, the other one is very similar with a slightly different ending.

Virustotal doesn't detect them as viruses... But if they are not, why Avast detected them as such during the boot scan?
