Winviruspro_2006 pls help me to remove this

Hi to save me re-installing thins can someone please help me get rid of this, I have tried spybot adaware spyware terminator blaster the lot....

Avast says cannot delete file as cant be found

Yes, but you have to pay for it.

AVG Anti-Spyware and a-Squared have free scanners.

Sunbelt and Webroot also do good pay scanners.
