VPN advises me and directs me to a server located in Switzerland, indicated as "the most efficient". However, its IP address is blacklisted by many sites.

Are you referring to the "optimal location" option in Avast SecureLine VPN when you say "VPN advises me and directs me to a server located in Switzerland"?
If so, you can change this. https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Use-SecureLine-VPN-standalone/#idt_020
With optimal location in Avast SecureLine VPN, it tries to connect you to a server with the best possible connection speed.
There are several IP addresses for each VPN location. If a website blocks a specific IP address then you can try a different IP address (re-connect).
If the websites you visit do not allow connections from a specific location, then you can change your VPN location.
