What exactly are you trying to do? Can you describe it more in detail, please?

Which is your avast version?
Are you using 4.7.936?

Please download the full installer of the Professional or Home version and run it. It will offer you an update to build 938 where this problem should be corrected.

When i try to stop avast,it starts asking me for password.
Please:
1. Uninstall avast from Control Panel first.
2. Boot.
3. Use Avast Uninstall for complete uninstallation.
4. Boot.
5. Install avast 4.7.942 version

But i still cant install explorer7
Do you really think this is avast related?
I can't imagine why?

What is the installation error message?
Why can't you install IE7?
