Problem with pop up's, all adware ~virus dnt pick up

ive had a few problems the last few days with pop up's, they have been getting past my blockers. i have scanned with my adware protection and virus data base and im at the end of my teather with them. can any one help?

I suggest you can try AVG antiSpyware from http://www.ewido.net/en/ it has a huge database of various threads & can be a good addition to avast! AV 8)

What do the pop ups say?  Do they occur only when you're on the interent or at other times too?

If you can post a screenshot that might help.
