turning antivirus off temporarily
« on: May 19, 2021, 05:03:04 AM »
I followed the "help" instructions to go to Settings/Search and searched for antivirus and got nowhere. It seems you are deliberately trying to prevent me from turning it off at all. How to turn off temporarily? why is it so hard? there should just be a button or slider to turn it off!

Right click the Avast tray icon, you'll find the option there.

It has been there for over 17 years that I have used it.

What is it that requires you to temporarily pause your protection ?
