How to remove a device ?

How to remove a device on my avast account ?
I have only one license and my old computer is fully down.

The Devices tile is currently only available for Avast One subscriptions, I can't use this :(

Hi,

Are you trying to activate your subscription on a new device or do you want to cancel your subscription?
If you want to use your subscription on a new device, you can go ahead and activate it since the old device is offline. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Avast support via https://support.avast.com/contact/paid
