Basket of Avast 4.7

I don't know why, but i can't open the virus' basket... When I try, avast open a windon where says:

Inizializzazione dei files nel cestino

L'azione è stata completata con errori!

Translation...

Initaling basket's files

Action completed with errors!


Il programma non può usare il client Cestino: (null)
--->Descrizione: Il server del cestino virus non è avviato. Comunicazione RPC fallita.

Translation....

The program can't use the client of the Basket: ( null) (i don't now how to translate it...)
---> Description: Virus basket's server isn't on. RPC comunication failed.

Anyway, Can you try to repair your installation?
Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove programs > avast! antivirus > Remove. Then choose Repair function in the popup window (Repair). You must be connected to the internet while repairing.

If this does not help, can you uninstall / boot / install / boot again?

Do you have any other antivirus installed in your computer?
Did you have in the past? Which one?
Do you use a firewall? Which one?

Also, take a look into Administrative Tools > Services
and see how the four avast services are set to start (automatically or manual).
