Thanks bob3160, you've very clearly explained & shown it to me.  By the way, can u teach me your trick on how you're able to post here exactly what's in a computer screen?  It really makes it very easy to follow & understand correspondence between 2 parties regarding some technical matter(s).

I use SnagIt which is a commercial program to make the screen captures and illustrations. The closes free program which is capable of doing most of these functions
is FastStone Capture. I have the last freeware version (5.3) of this program on my server MySharedFiles.
