why can't i use the qq to login in

I suggest you use the one you downloaded from the official website.  im.qq.com
install coral QQ  avast find virus(avast is genetic detection)

thank you for your help,i had tried the method provided by internet like what you said.
but,
1.avast don't report any file on qq is virus.
2.i had add the qq installation path into except option.
they are both helpfulless if i use the green version qq.

i am just curious why the green version qq can't do that

i use qq too,but there is no problem!
maybe it is your firewall caused
and you can reinstall your qq
