Yes , I changed my mind= re-wrote the some what negative prior post, Thanks guys for the help, Avast is working fine now with a few tweaks and a few re- installs of my software.
 Bottom line some probs was Avast issues and some where, my software issues. All seems Honky Dorry now. Thnaks again. :-[
