My Cleanup trial subscription is not active

Hi.

I already have the avast premium security which I paid for. I signed up for a free 60 day trial for cleanup yesterday, and have installed the software but every time I open it, the cleanup facility is locked and it asks me to purchase a license. When I click on that it takes me to a page which says error the store cannot be accessed. It also asked me to grant full disk access, which I have done, but it's still saying I haven't granted permission. I have restarted my laptop after clicking access to my disk, as requested.

I just want to try it for a while and if I like it, I will purchase a license.

I cannot check on this free license in my account as it only shows paid for subscriptions.
