Now that I've de-virused my PC (thanks to all you brilliant people here), I'm wondering if anyone knows ow to repair possibly damaged sound cards and plugins. Our PC doesn't play the usual sound hen I log on, and certain songs in my son's PC games won't play.
Also, we have plugin problems since 07/03. Yahoo games and certain webites (like flight tracker) won't play. There's only a little icon with a red square, blue circle, and green triangle where the picture/game should be. I've tried downloading Java Sunscript, but nothing happened. Any suggestions or ideas are gratefully welcome (I have Windows ME).
