Thunderbird and avast

Hello
I have experienced some connexion trouble with my Email account (mostly Gmail). I have discover that the Mail agent is blocking the connexion of thunderbird to my gmail account.
It used to works in the past

If not, please provide more details (version of Thunderbird, Avast Antivirus and screenshots of the error messages you receive).
