I am planning to buy some spyware software, to backup avast!..

but i need some suggestions..

Is LAVASOFT ad-ware okay??

Save your Money to buy extra (RAM) use a safer Browser+ e-mail program. There are some excellent spyware/scumware software protection programs available for Free  just look at Avast.  ;)

If you want resident protection, try SpywareDoctor Starter Edition (from Google Pack) or Spyware Terminator.
If you want only on-demand scanning, try AVG Antispyware, SUPERantispyware, and/or a-squared (take care about false positives).

Lavasoft has improved its detection/features in newest versions... although it does not have a very good detection rate imho.
