Un-Install Re-Install Fails
« on: September 23, 2007, 06:32:08 PM »
Hello All,

I was having problems with a random failure on startup (warning that Avast file had been modified). So I decided to re-install. Un-installed now can't get a good re-install. And, there is no option to un-install the bad re-install attempt.

Minimal Log:

Found the cleaner and ran that. Then re-installed successfully.

Well, the repair function is supposed to do exactly this...
