Avast isn't detecting

help me please. avast isn't decteing a virus which has infected my system. help me please. AVG has detected it but isn't able to delete it.

Are you using AVG and avast antivirus at the same time in the same computer?
Can you say what is the infected file name, where was it found (C:\windows\system32\infected-file-name.xxx)?

Can you send the samples to virus@avast.com ?
You can zip and password the files... Inform a link to this thread and the password used.
You can send the files to Chest and, from there, resend to Alwil for analysis.

nopes.... actually lemme tell u the whole scenario.. i'as using Avast updated everyday. one day i tried to install Autocad on my system. but my windows showed some error. i thought it might b the problem of that installer file. but ALAS... nathin was installin in my system. i tried to open up my drives, but that damn was (i think so) a autorun virus. it infected my whole system. i had to open up my drives by exploring them. it's not going even after formatting the system (only C drive). please ny1...!! gemme out of here..!!
