Unable to connect to the iTunes Store when VPN is online

I only just got around to turning the VPN on since this is a brand new install. I am having issues with being able to connect to the iTunes store via the iTunes app when the VPN is on. I am on a Windows PC and can't seem to find any kind of article addressing this. Internet works fine when the VPN is on and I can connect to the store when the VPN is off. I'd hate to have to keep turning it on and off just to use the app or any streaming service.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, I figured it out. Turn on the SmartVPN mode and make sure to check the "I stream videos" option. I was originally in ManualVPN mode.

Thanks for info re Smart VPN and iTunes - I have also been having problems accessing iTunes and this seems to have helped. However, I cannot access Disney+ unless I switch off my VPN, and unfortunately, this is STILL the case even though I have clicked 'Smart VPN' and 'I stream videos'.
