Feature request - "Add Exception" button for god sake

Hi,

as a dev, I make tons of softwares

the obvious thing I'd expect is that avast propose me a "Add Exception button when it's blocking and scanning one of my software when I run it

everytime I have to dig in your menus trying to figure"how the hell do I add an exception again"
