Avat Password - can't installapp - restore data

Hi,

By mistake i lost all my data from my phone; I tried to reinstal Avast Password app, but it doesnt exist anymore - Avast no longer provide new subscription for that app.

I tried solve that problem by:
-installing oficial avast app on the phone - can do nothing
-managing instal by the google accoont in 'uninstaled apps' - i cant see that on my apps list, different apps from previuos account do exist
-instaling avast on my pc, I even activatied premium version , tried to click Privacy -> password -> import login data -> sync and copies, master Password dosnt work, and when i click 'forgot passwort' the recovery link shown me just : https://account.avast.com/#/NotFound

Hi,

To reinstall Avast Passwords on your Android, you need to follow these steps https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/install-passwords/#pc
You have to ensure that you are using the same Google account you previously used for Avast Passwords otherwise, the app will not be in the "Not installed" list.
Do not try to reset any passwords at this point it may complicate the situation.
Once you have the app on your android device, proceed to Synchronize the first device https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/synchronize-passwords-across-devices/?option=mobile#idt_010

btw. Yes I followed by this manual: I can see that new app on my account, another apps, but not Avast password :/

Hi,

I still can not find that applications on my list;
I decide install Avast APK from external source, with succesfull ! Its recognize my account, but now, I canont sync:

I dont have the acces to the previous device (its my phone, i am erased it).

When i try click ' i dont have another device' its shown me comunicat about i am changed last time the password ( yes i did it yesterday...) and please enter your previous one

and then i created new paasword.




I treid also sync/confirm from my PC avast program, and here also I have got problem:

Its said "you have to got free Avast account, enter ... " and lower text said:  'some error appear, try again later'



Guys, I know then you know how to solve that, please help me.


ps. If i will decide change password one more time, then the app will ask me about previus one, or of that 'first one ' ?

Since the Pass Word Manager is no longer available to new users,
If you can't sync it to an old or currently in-use account,
I'm not sure you'll ever be able to use the product.

Hi,

You should have logged in and not created a new account since you already have an Avast account linked to Avast Passwords.
You can check via your web browser if you can log in to my.avast.com,  and if that will work, you should be able to set Avast Passwords.
If none of the Avast account passwords are accepted, there is nothing we can do from our side.

but i did it; i tried sync that with my pc, and new Avast app, before i checkd avast password app; and that forced me on the PC, to created ' free avast password'

Also, when i try sync, now on the smartphone with Avast Password App, its regognize password, but with message somthing like :  " You did changed a password recently, so you need accept on your FIRST device or enter previusly password.

OK, but installd it, and its seems to works, its detected my email during first start, like autologin to the app, I am able to choose the option Settings->sycnc and backups;

Iam entering my password, then its says enter the confirmation number from your email, i did:

if its ask about my previous password to the application ? its radiculus, any way, this pass its same like now.
I dot belive guys then u dont have special procedure for that case. Somting went wrong

So you did not delete your original Avast account, but you created a new Avast account. What email address did you use, the same one you use on this forum?

If you used the same email address, you would have received a message stating that the account already exists. So you would not have been able to use the same email to create a new account.
