Can you not choose components on installation anymore?
« on: August 21, 2022, 01:30:20 PM »
I know with Avast free you can, but there is no option for that in Avast one, if I don't want something I'll have to modify it after I install everything.
I have Opera, WOT, K9 Web Protection, Avast Free web shield and Behavior blocker only, Comodo Internet Security 10, and common sense. ^_^

Avast One (a different product range) as its name sort of implies is more of an all-in-one application for those who want and install and use application.

For those who want to customise their application/s then then Avast Antivirus (free or paid) is much more configurable.

You need to choose which is best for 'you', I guess you have too.  I have chosen not to go down the Avast One (free or paid) route and stick with a custom install of Avast Free, which has served me well.
