AFS block Internet access to "Kids A-Z" app

I noticed that AFS block Internet access to the "Kids A-Z" app (Ras Kidz) that is used by my son. All the other apps/games on the tablet do work without problems (Android

I could not find any setting to allow the access to single apps only a provision for future block/unblock use of specific apps. Does anyone has a clue how to solve this issue that is really blocking!?
