Internet blocked

Avast One determined my internet connection is at risk and has blocked it but continues to show that it is connected. Windows 10 Defender is being controlled by Avast.  I have spent two hours trying to contact Avast.

Avast firewall shows no programs blocked but the programs report that the internet is blocked.  I unsubscribed and immediately got support.  When I turned off the A. Firewall the net worked. Thank you for your help.  Goodby for now.

Don't turn off the firewall just set it to Private mode.
