How do I get rid oa this permanently?
« on: October 24, 2022, 08:32:40 PM »
Every time I open Quicken I get the attached notification. My interpretation is that Avast has quarantined a bad actor. How do I get rid of it permanently so 1) I know it isn't doing harm & 2) I no longer get the notification?

Hi,

This was a false positive. Since it has been cleared, you have nothing to do except ensure that your virus definitions are up to date (Account>Settings>General>Updates>"Check for update").

Since there wasn't anything found on the scan, I was hoping it was a false positive. Thanks for confirming that.
