Numerous copies of "See how Avast One keeps you safe online," #1 of 3

We have received numerous copies of the same email since we enrolled earlier this month.

Subject:  "See how Avast One keeps you safe online"

Description:  "Unboxing Avast One Part 1: Security"

We do not want to unsubscribe, but this is getting ridiculous.  The chat we had yesterday did not resolve anything, and we are not sure the person even understood the problem.

Does anyone here know how to correct this?  We want the second and third installments, and no more of this one.

Here is a screenshot.  We have received all these copies of the same email, every day, although it says we will receive the next installment the following week.

There seems to be a glitch somewhere.

According to Avast, this problem should now be resolved.

We got the same email yesterday and again today.

This is ridiculous.

Please ask them to stop that first email, reset their system, and then send the second installment during the next 48 hours.  The third should follow a week later.

Those emails have finally stopped.  We cannot see the last reply, from 1:53 AM Chicago time this morning, January 9 2023.

How can we get the second and third emails in the series?  Those have never arrived.
