problem with vpsupd.exe?????

hi, I am a consumer Italian.  
I have a connection internet with speed equal to 125KBbps and I have a problem with the vpsupd.exe.  
I didn't succeed in unloading the vpses and I/you/they am entrusted me to the vpsupd.exe but an error results me:  
"vps database the already up given to."  
how do I do?.  :-[ :-[

P.s.: I have avast 4.7 homes for the home use. ::) ::)

The avast updates are incremental. You can update through the icon on system tray or by the skin (interface). There is no need to download the vpsupd.exe file. That file in only for off-line (not connected) computers.
As you can see by the message, your avast is already updated.

I must say I'm not sure if I understand the problem.
However, if you have (even a slow) Internet connection, you don't have to download the VpsUpd.exe file - avast! should be able to update automatically, with much less traffic (the VpsUpd.exe file is quite huge).
